The property we stayed at was a charming house located on the outskirts of a picturesque village. the location was ideal for exploring Rutland Water, Oakham, and Melton Mowbray. the accommodations were clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. the welcome basket with cake, eggs, and bread was a thoughtful touch that added to our overall enjoyment of the stay. One of the highlights of the property was the games room, which would be perfect for families with children. Although we did not have the opportunity to use it, we could see the appeal it would have for many guests. the hot tub was also a nice feature for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. the property offered good value for the price, and we appreciated the convenience of the free parking and Wi-Fi. the pet-friendly policy and garden area were also nice bonuses.
